From the first planning stages, often six months prior to earthworks starting, to the last submissions of the As-Constructed drawings and final signoff, the company manages the entire journey.

The company is well versed in the potential pitfalls and issues associated with sub-contractors, suppliers and Council as well as government regulations. Many of the company’s suppliers and contractors have worked on multiple sites with Lerac’s experienced team to ensure their quality and consistency.
